Concurrently with its launch in China, AutoMobility announces its readiness to locally assemble the Geely Emgrand in Egypt.

In conjunction with the unveiling of the all-new Geely Emgrand in China, the official distributor of the Geely brand in Egypt has declared full readiness to assemble the car in Egypt by the end of 2024.

 The Gulf version of the car comes with several specifications that are expected to be available in the Egyptian version, including:

• a 1.5-liter engine
• 151 horsepower
• 142 Nm torque
•  CVT automatic transmission
•  50-liter fuel tank capacity
•  halogen LED headlights
•  turn signals depending on the model
•  LED daytime running lights
•  automatic lighting control
•  welcome lighting, LED taillights
•  brake lighting, shark fin antenna
• electrically adjustable and foldable door mirrors in higher models
•  electrically operated trunk opening in higher models
•  two front airbags and up to 6 airbags in higher models
• a set of safety systems such as ABS, EBD, ASR, ESP, HHC, BOS, TPMS
• traction control system, brake assist, and TCL
• fuel cut-off in the event of a collision
• rear parking sensors
• cruise control
•  electronic parking brake
• child seat mounting system, and rear child safety door locks

The car has been introduced in 6 different exterior paint colors: white, two shades of blue, gold, gray, and red.
