IM Electric Cars Launch in Egypt 2025

Mansour Automotive, the authorized dealer for several major automotive brands in the local market, is preparing to launch IM electric cars in Egypt. The official launch is expected to take place on September 18.

IM Motors was founded in late 2020 as a major joint venture between Alibaba, SAIC Motors, and Zhangjiang Hi-Tech. The first outcome of this partnership was the Tesla Model S in 2021. Today, we will highlight the most important IM models expected to be released in the Egyptian market soon.

IM Electric Cars

• IM L7
  This was the brand’s first model, launched in 2022. It comes with two powertrains: one producing 335 hp and another delivering up to 570 hp, along with advanced high-end features.
  
• IM LS7
  The second model introduced by the company. It also offers two power units: one with 402 hp and another with an impressive 776 hp. The car can reach a top speed of 239 km/h.
• IM LS6
  In some markets, this model is launched under the MG brand with the name IM6. It comes with two power options: 290 hp and 776 hp.
• IM L6
  Introduced last year under the name MG IM5, this model features voltage systems ranging from 400V to 900V. It can reach a maximum speed of 260 km/h.
